Oak "Y stump base " This style may be used for dining or coffee table.

The "Y" stump base table style features an incredibly pretty solid oak top. Not just any oak, either but figured ( swirling grained )woods are specially selected for use in this finely finished table top. See detail photo's below.
The stem or pedestal section of this table is an oak "Y" of an oak tree branch. We like to use spalted pieces for this because of their texture, colorations and, they are full of character.
The lower, floor level base can be any shape: Oval for an oval top table or irregular, as shown are just several ideas.
