Artistic Metal Table Bases
There are some pieces of wood that absolutely demand the best. One such piece is the 2,500 year old solid burl from northern California such as pictured below.

A four foot by three foot by 3 inch thick ; solid burl.
Ref: Bronzed T
For rectangular or ovalish shaped table tops; these sweeping " T " shaped legs.
Ref: Clover Base

For roundish shaped coffee, foyer, or side tables; this style, in bronze.
Burl up close. May be stained darker.
Roundover polished edging.
Ref: Bronze Trapezoid

Another design is the bronzed trapezoid as sketched, left.

This for moderately sized cocktail tables.
Texture rough yet refined.
