More on the order and build process
Terms of payment -  Most all of our work is custom, one at a time creations. A deposit with order is required. Generally this is 50% of the total cost. Somtimes less if the project is expected to exceed 12 weeks in duration and long material preparation time is needed. Often, we like to show progress of the project with photographs of the "in progress work".

Sometimes on larger projects we ask for an interrim payment but never exceeding 25%. Major credit cards are accepted. There are several safe ways we can handle credit card transactions. First of all, we are a registered and verified premium business member of PayPal ( an emaby company). Thru them, we are capable of:
1)  processing your information via telephone (ask for mike @ (785) 658 3548),
2) or we can generate an electronic invoice, email it to you.
3) You may also wish to review our buyer protection policy.

Just let us know. Checks are ok too.

Scheduling - Your project is scheduled the moment you say, "lets do it ". At that moment you are placed upon the schedule in order to hold a time slot for you. Five days is allowed to complete the deposit transaction.

The build - On lager projects, once materials are readied (sometimes they need touch-up seasoning) and the build process begins in earnest, we begin taking photo's of the process and place them upon a unique web page for your project. If this is somthing that you want to see, let us know.. We will send you email updates as your project photo's are updated.

Shipping - Items that are small enough and items we feel can safely be shipped ups, we will suggest that, up front with you. Delicate or larger items we ship with a "blanket wrap carrier". Many of our works are so unique that we desire to ship with the more caring of shippers.
