Joinery - Counter sunk cadmium plated galvanized bolts.
Benches proposed are all Swirling grained, Burr Oak ( of the White Oak family), of Kansas. The wood selected for it's spectacular grain and outside durability. The wood will, however naturally silver grey over time.

Other Design comments - To facilitate the theme; Top edge of bench back and leading edge of seat to be a live edge ( natural edge of the log) wherever practical.
The final liquid finish is a special blend of hot teak oils and other surfactants applied to the wood at 130 degree temperatures to maximize penetration.
Cost - In minimum packages of 6 units, - $922.00 each.
Shipping per 6 units, about $480.00 per package of 6.
Std. Terms of pmt on custom orders such as this are 50% deposit with order, progress pmt of not greater than 25%, Balance upon completion prior to shipping.

Shipping - to facilitate shipping, the benches will ship unassembled. Ea. Piece being match marked with assy. Dwg. Supplied. Fasteners - cadmium plated, 5/16 inch w/ 1/2 inch socket drive heads. Each piece packaged individually in stretch wrap, padded, and strapped to pallet, to prevent ship damage. Any blemishes to finish during shipping or assembly may easily be maintained using a wipe on/off of teak oil.
